‘Disgraceful’: Obama rules make it even EASIER for illegal aliens; social media flares

The Obama administration would rather “enhance customer service” for illegal aliens than enforce immigration laws.

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced on Wednesday that “in the interests of family unity and to enhance customer service,” family members of certain illegal aliens will be eligible for fast-tracked immigration waivers and green cards.

Currently, waivers can be granted to foreign nationals who are in the country illegally but are related to a U.S. citizen – such as illegal aliens who are parents to American born children. The rule change, however, will expand the program to allow waivers for relatives of illegal aliens who are eligible for “permanent residency” through Obama’s various executive amnesty programs.

immigration-signGone are the days of “anchor babies,” when women had to give birth in the United States to have a child who was a United States citizen and whose existence could help parents obtain residency benefits. Now merely being related to a beneficiary of Obama’s amnesty schemes can get a foreign national fast-tracked for residency – all for the sake of enhanced “customer service.”

The new rule change proves a warning from the head of council representing USCIS, Kenneth Palinkas, almost prophetic.

Describing the agency as a “rubber-stamp” for entry into the United States, Palinkas warned back in October 2013 that the administration was focused on putting the concerns of illegal aliens over those of American citizens.

“The attitude of USCIS management is not that the Agency serves the American public or the laws of the United States, or public safety and national security,” Palinkas said, according to Breitbart.com, “but instead that the agency serves illegal aliens and the attorneys which represent them.”

Such a bias toward making life easier for illegal immigrants will lead to greater problems with America’s immigration crisis and ultimately erode American safety, Palinkas predicted.

“Whether it’s the failure to uphold the public charge laws, the abuse of our asylum procedures, the admission of Islamist radicals, or visas for health risks, the taxpayers are being fleeced and public safety is being endangered on a daily basis,” he said.

His concern over the agency’s disregard for America’s national security has also proven to be warranted. As reported by Bizpac Review, USCIS announced on Tuesday that it would no longer require foreign nationals taking the citizenship oath to agree to take up arms in defense of America.

Just another change made in the interest of “customer service”?

This one sums it up the best, though.
