Protesting can be perilous.
An elderly veteran demonstrating against the Obama administration’s cover-up surrounding the 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi was forced to give up his sign by other veterans as President Obama spoke Tuesday to the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Pittsburgh.
In the NBC video, the protesting veteran stands with a bbranding Obama “The Emperor of Benghazi” before three other men – all wearing service caps – team up to get him down and rip the sign from his hands.
It isn’t clear from the video whether the men are Obama supporters who objected to the message on the protester’s sign, or simply tough-minded vets who objected to his blocking their view.
No one appeared hurt in the scuffle.
