Epic tweet from Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is blowing up Twitter!

A Florida sheriff’s department’s sense of humor is going viral on Twitter.

When a Florida resident in Palm Beach County decided she absolutely had to get a fix on her craving, she took to Twitter to solicit social media for some weed Tuesday afternoon, according to WPTV.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office jumped at the opportunity to help out a stoner in search of drugs, and kindly asked for… a little more information.

While bold enough to ask her followers for some weed, the “twenty-something” @Rosa_Sparks didn’t respond immediatley to the Sheriff’s tweet. But the department did get a lot of attention as its post quickly went viral.

By Wednesday morning, the Sheriff’s response to the online solicitation had attracted over 30,000 retweets, and more than 25,000 favorites.

But the most notable response to the Sheriff’s department was from @Rosa_Sparks herself.

It’s unclear if the Sheriff’s social media attempt to curb drug use will be a success, but it has certainly given the department an image boost on Twitter.

There’s no word on whether or not @Rosa_Sparks ever got her weed.
