Trump calls in FBI over THREAT from escaped Mexican drug lord; ‘You can’t be intimidated’

Donald Trump has asked the FBI to investigate retaliatory threats made against him from a Twitter account purportedly belonging to escaped Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman.

Guzman escaped from a maximum security Mexican prison Saturday and has apparently been active on Twitter since, particularly taking exception to “The Donald’” tweet declaring he “would kick his ass!”

The tweet from @ElChap0Guzman directed at Trump Monday translated from Spanish read “Keep f—ing around, and I’ll make you eat all of your g—d—n words, f—ing whitey f—-t @realDonaldTrump.”

Although the account can’t be verified authentic, it has been around since 2012 and has more than 272,000 followers, according to the New York Daily News.

El Chapo’s son Ivan also tweeted a threat to the 2016 Republican presidential hopeful that read “If you keep p——— me off I’m going to make you eat your words you f——— blonde milk-s——.”

According to celebrity gossip website TMZ Trump asked the FBI to investigate the threat from his Manhattan offices on Monday.

Trump released a statement later in the day Monday saying that he wouldn’t be intimidated.

“I’m fighting for much more than myself,” the statement read. “I’m fighting for the future of our country which is being overrun by criminals. You can’t be intimidated. This is too important.”
