13-year-old Fla. girl found after she was kidnapped, sexually assaulted by Mexican illegal

Donald Trump is going to go off when he hears about the latest illegal Mexican immigrant crime story.

A missing 13-year-old girl from Florida was found in Michigan by police who arrested the 23-year-old illegal alien she was found with, WZZM reported.

Authorities acted on a tip that the unnamed girl was located in Hartford Township, Mich., with Aurelio Hernandez-Gomez, according to WZZM.

Deputies went to the home with local and Indian reservation police police. They found the girl and Hernandez-Gomez upon arrival.

During the investigation,  it was discovered that he had sexually assaulted the 13-year-old. Deputies also reported that Hernandez-Gomez told them he entered the United States illegally and had come from Chiapas, Mexico. Immigration and Customs Enforcement was contacted.

Hernandez-Gomez was jailed Thursday and arraigned Friday in a Van Buren County courtroom on one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. Bond was set at $150,000. He is expected back in court on July 15.

He also faces felony charges out of Polk County, Fla., for felony kidnapping and interference with child custody. He is expected to be extradited back to Florida.

Michigan Children’s Protective Services took custody of the girl and is arranging to return her to her family in Florida.
