Cops refuse to give him to ICE: Deported SIX TIMES, illegal nearly kills woman, 2 children in DUI crash

The bad news keeps piling up for the open borders crowd.

With last week’s killing of a young woman in San Francisco by an illegal alien who’d been deported five times only to return, word comes now of an illegal alien with an unbelievable six deportations who was back in the United States and stoned behind the wheel of an SUV when he nearly killed a young family in a Fourth of July crash in Arizona.

KMSP-TV According to Fox 10 in Phoenix, Manuel Perez-Vasquez, a 29-year-old Mexican, would have run head-on into the car driven by a woman with two small children aboard if the woman hadn’t swerved to avoid him on a rural road outside Maricopa.

“She sees a car coming head on into her lane, so she immediately pulls over as far as she could off the side of the road and this car still comes and sideswipes… totaling her car,” Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu told Fox 10.

A 2-year-old girl in the woman’s car was rushed to a nearby hospital. The woman’s 5-year-old son had to be flown to a trauma center with a large head wound.

Meanwhile, as many as five people who were in the SUV – every one of them an upstanding citizen, no doubt – fled into a nearby field after the crash. According to Fox 10, Perez-Vasquez also fled, but came back to the scene.

Babeu said the sheriff’s office has no intention of turning Perez-Vasquez over the federal authorities. The federal authorities can’t be trusted, he said.

“Anybody who commits crimes in Pinal County … we’re not turning them over to I.C.E. or Border Patrol for them to deal with, which most agencies do,” he said.

He wants to make sure Perez-Vasquez does some time first.

“And likely all they’re going to do is send him back to Mexico and he’s likely to return again and so this is the problem we have and people are scratching their heads … it appears there are no consequences for breaking immigration law,” Babeu said.

Social media users were disgusted with the story.
