‘Speaking of crazy’: Scorn flows as MSNBC’s Harris -Perry asks if NAACP fraud is really what?

While the rest of rational America has questioned the integrity of the “black” NAACP leader who is actually white, liberals are showing they are actually comfortable with Rachel Dolezal misrepresenting herself as an African American.

The latest proof came from MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry, who has all but proven that she is incapable of seeing beyond skin color.

“Is it possible that she might actually be black?” Harris-Perry asked.

The question is bizarre, given that Dolezal’s own parents said their family heritage is Czech, Swedish and German — but not black.

Is Harris-Perry privy to some inside information the rest of America is not? Or is it like the transgender issue, where liberals openly question God’s design? If the latter is the case, Dolezal’s parents stand little chance of being trusted.

Showing the left’s penchant for making up language to fit their twisted ideology, Harris-Perry unleashed a stream of psycho-babble about race that extended beyond distinctive physical characteristics.

A funny thing happened on ‘White Appreciation Day’ . . .

“I want to be very careful here, because I don’t want to say it’s the equivalent of the transgender experience,” she said. “But there is a useful language in ‘trans’ and ‘cis,’ which is just to say some of us are born cisgendered and some of us are born transgendered.”

Talk about making it up as you go along.

“But I wonder, can it be that one will be cis-black and trans-black?” Harris-Perry added. “That there is actually a different category of blackness, that is about the achievement of blackness, despite one’s parentage?”

“Why not?” replied guest Allyson Hobbs, author of “A Chosen Exile: A History of Racial Passing in American Life.”

“One thing that she said that I found so fascinating was she said her identity is multi-layered, and that her identity is very complicated.”

Hobbs even suggested that there could be some “authenticity” to Dolezal’s identification as a black woman.

Too bad her name’s not “Caitlyn.”

Social media called out Harris Perry’s garbage in short order, with one tweet — “speaking of crazy” — summing things up pretty well.
