Pastor calls Sharpton out when he asks for money in church: ‘You’re nothing but a PIMP!’

A black pastor fed up with charlatan Al Sharpton called out the race hustler as a “pimp” during anti-violence rally Saturday in Connecticut.

And oily Al promptly proved the man’s point by acting just like one, according to news reports.

According to CT News Junkie and Fox CT, the scene unfolded at Shiloh Baptist Church in Hartford where an overwhelmingly black crowd had marched in an anti-violence rally following the deaths of four people in a spate of shootings since mid-May.

A fifth person was also killed in a non-shooting homicide New Junkie reported.

In the church, Sharpton was challenged from the pews by the Rev. Marcus Mosiah Jarvis, pastor of Christ the Cornerstone Praise and Western Tabernacle church, CT News Junkie reported.

“How dare you ask the people of Hartford to give you their money?” Jarvis shouted. “You’re nothing but a pimp!”

Jarvis was quickly quieted, and that’s when Sharpton made his pimp move. As CT News Junkie reports:

Sharpton, who reportedly owes more than $4 million in state and federal taxes, was quick to redirect the attention of the several-hundred person crowd to his podium.

He did so by calmly drawing $1,000 in cash from the pocket of his suit.

“Everything that you all raise will go to a memorial,” he said. “. . . For the lives that could have gone on to cure cancer. Lives that could have been the next president of the United States.”

Al Sharpton might know a thing or two about the president of the United States, since he’s buddy-buddy with the current one. But still, $1,000 cash isn’t the kind of money normal people carry around with them.

When Mitt Romney offered that famous $10,000 bet with Rick during a debate in 2011, for instance, no one expected him to pull a roll of Benjamins out of his pocket and start laying them out on the stage. (For a wealthy Republican, a checkbook is usually good enough.)

But Al Sharpton does, according to CT News Junkie.

So does a pimp.
