A video of a young child driving an SUV full of passengers is making waves across the Internet.
“There’s a kid driving that car right there,” a man recording from another car said before shouting at an adult in the vehicle the child was driving.
Entire police dept. disbanded after councilwoman and her son were arrested.
“Dude, you’re gonna get someone f*****g killed man… okay man, it’s rush hour, there’s a lot of cars.”
The video, which was uploaded to YouTube Friday, was taken in Phoenix, Ariz.
Police spokesman Vince Lewis told The Associated Press Sunday that police are reviewing the video and looking into the incident.
