Piers Morgan vs. Vince Vaughn on gun rights: Someone looks like a big dummy!

Hollywood actor Vince Vaughn must have known he’d face backlash from the elites for vehemently defending the Second Amendment.

Vaughn’s eye-opening interview with GQ magazine made social media waves Monday, and TV personality Piers Morgan tried to ride them in a series of unhinged tweets aimed at the gun-loving actor.

After all, breaking liberal ranks and defending that pesky little thing called liberty is something a Hollywood movie star is not supposed to do. That task should be relegated to the great unwashed masses milling about in fly-over country – not an A-list celebrity who could have some influence.

British native Morgan, cherry-picked Vaughn’s statements from the interview in a pathetic attempt to squash the American spirit and impart his own brand of “liberal logic.”

Fortunately, informed patriots were there to set the record straight. Not that Morgan is open-minded enough to listen.

When Vaughn was asked by GQ about having guns in schools, he answered in no uncertain terms.

“You think the politicians that run my country and your country don’t have guns in the schools their kids go to? They do. And we should be allowed the same rights,” he said.

Vaughn’s stance on vulnerable anti-gun zones, like schools, really got the left riled up. And Morgan was no exception.

Best way to stop a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy with a gun. Simple.
