Generation SHAKEDOWN: Sharpton’s daughter sues NYC for $5MIL for what?

Like father like daughter.

Al Sharpton’s daughter, Dominique Sharpton, 28, wants $5 million from the city of New York because she sprained her ankle by falling in the street.

While most people would put ice on it and go on with their lives, the daughter of a man who has made a living extorting companies and government won’t let an opportunity like that go by.

According to court records obtained by the New York Post, Dominique Sharpton claimed she was “severely injured, bruised and wounded” from the fall and “still suffers and will continue to suffer for some time physical pain and bodily injuries.”

Dominique Sharpton

Those words are a far cry from her Instagram post following the Oct. 2 fall.

“I sprained my ankle real bad lol,” she wrote at the time according to the New York Post.

While she was pictured in a walking boot in the weeks after the fall, her ankle appeared to be fine for the National Action Network’s Justice for All march in Washington in December, the Post reported.

Also in December, she posted a picture to Instagram that showed her climbing a ladder in high heels to decorate a Christmas tree.

Not bad for someone in “permanent physical pain.”

Dominique Sharpton didn’t have any choice about who her father is. She does have a choice about following in his fallen footsteps, though.
