This kind of “help” she didn’t need.
The son of Georgia high school principal Nancy Gordeuk, who sparked an Internet firestorm over remarks she made at a graduation ceremony that were criticized as racist, defended her in an online rant where he used the n-word.
“Look who’s leaving – all the black people,” Gordeuk said at the TNT Academy graduation after she prematurely ended the ceremony and asked the audience to come back.
She apologized for the comment to WSB Saturday saying that the remark she made “was not a statement of racism, it was just my frustration.”
“I’m sorry it happened. So sorry. But God has forgiven me and we’ll just go forward from there,” she added.
But any good will she might have received as a result of her apology was quickly negated by Facebook postings from a man who identified himself as her son.
Travis Gordeuk took to Facebook to defend his mom, saying “If anyone has something to say about my mom and how she ran her graduation, come say it to my face…Yall n****s aren’t talkin about s*** so if u got something to say come see me face to face.”
A classic example of the saying “children should be seen and not heard.”
