Riots In Baltimore explode into dangerous chaos; see photos, videos

Hundreds of police officers were deployed Saturday to contain a protest in Baltimore that quickly turned into violent chaos.

Protesters smashed cars and storefronts, angry over the death of Freddie Gray, the 25-year-old black man who died from a spinal injury after his arrest and transport by Baltimore police officers last week.

The crowd stopped at Baltimore City Hall, “where demonstrators pulled down and attempted to burn an American flag before replacing it with a black-and-white version,” according to Twitchy.

Outside Camden Yards, where the Baltimore Orioles played the Boston Red Sox, more disruption escalated. Baseball fans were trapped inside the stadium:
