Would you let this convicted child molester out of jail to procreate?

In what may be one of the most absurd requests in the history of the criminal justice system a convicted child molester has asked a judge to release him so he can donate sperm to a “specific person.”

Currently awaiting trial for failing to register as a sex offender Yova Kana Shaday implored Federal Judge Edward Korman for a temporary release because he is afraid he’s running out of time to be a father, according to the New York Daily News.

“Pls (sic) your honor I pray the court to consider this very serious truth in releasing me,” he wrote. “The gravity of this extenuating circumstance is in your hands.”

“May your god lead you to be fruitful and multiply, please,” Shaday added.

But why would anyone in their right mind give this man an opportunity to reproduce?

And for that matter who is the “specific person” who wants this convicted pervert to be the father of their child?

Shaday pleaded guilty to committing a lewd act with a child under the age of 14 in San Diego in 2005 and was sentenced to three years in prison, the News reported.

In 2008 he pleaded guilty to molesting a child under the age of 18 and only got 180 days.

The molester emerged in Brooklyn under an alias and had the nerve to report his bicycle stolen using the name “Lucas Avram” in December but the police had already been tipped off about him moving to the area under an assumed name.

If convicted of violating the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act he could receive a fine or up to 10 years imprisonment.

Fortunately, the judge denied the monster’s request.

We can only hope they lock him up and throw away the key before he can harm another child, let alone have one of his own.
