Big buzz about THIS State Dept. document that could determine Hillary’s fate; did she commit a felony?

In response to the news that she used a private email account and a private server as secretary of state, Hillary Clinton, the party’s probable presidential nominee, claimed to have “fully complied with every rule [she] was governed by.”

America is no stranger to a Clinton claiming innocence, but in this case there is a pesky State Department form that just may settle the matter once and for all.

Fox News host Megyn Kelly reported Wednesday that departing State Department employees — see Hillary Clinton — must sign an OF-109 form.

By signing the document, employees are certifying that they’ve “surrendered to responsible officials all unclassified documents and papers relating to the official business of the Government acquired by [the employee] while in the employ of the Department or USIA.”

So did Clinton sign the form, even as she held thousands of documents on her private server? And deleted thousands more?

And did she violate the law in doing so?

Fox News reported the State Department records management handbook warns: “Fines, imprisonment or both may be imposed for the willful and unlawful removal or destruction of records as stated in the U.S. Criminal Code.”

Kelly has contacted the State Department to find out if Clinton signed the required form — stay tuned, as plenty rides on the answer to that question.

Bet, there is one signed before Megyn’s request hits Kerry’s desk, and honestly I hope Clinton signed one. Wouldn’t that be fun. Then we get to seize everything in a middle of the night raid while Clinton is off in Washington evading questions. Maybe we can see, on CSPAN, Federal Marshals lending her some new jewelry as they lead her out of the room.

I too like to dream, but this time it may not be in vain.

Either Clinton signed the doc and is corrupt or she didn’t sign the doc and the whole Obama admin is corrupt for not enforcing policy on one of the highest heads of office in the world.

If she did sign it we got her. If she did not sign it, we got them both. I like those kind of odds.

Everyone always cries about not having evidence. Well, now we know of a doc, not lost in a trove of emails. that should be extremely easy to produce to the public.

I’m glad this came out after Clinton’s press conference. She answered nothing about this doc so everyone will be waiting for her to come out and speak again.

How long will she stay quiet about this? Heck, I hope it’s forever. We don’t even need to hear from her anymore, we simply need to see this form.

          1. Kenneth Clark says:

I wish Gowdy would personally go there with the request in hand and wait on that document to be produced. Then politely go to the court and request a search and seizure warrant of all of the Clinton properties and businesses. Like you said, its one piece of paper, no redaction required.

          2. Bryan V. says:

If the State Department doesn’t produce the document soon, and I mean within days if not hours, it’s only going to hurt Clinton and the whole admin more and more.

This doc should be able to be pulled up within moments. All of the State Dept. docs such as these get scanned into their system. A simple search for this doc by someone with permission to do so is all that is needed. It will only take minutes to produce.

Even the liberal media will be unable to ignore this for that much longer.

After I abandon my work-desk job 12 months ago, I was lucky enough
to find about following amazing site over internet which was a
lifesaver… They offer jobs for which people can do their work online
from their couch. My previous check doing this job for them for 4 months
was $10000… Great fact about the job is that the only requirement for
this job is basic typing and access to internet…
