The retired neurosurgeon who is considering a bid for the Republican presidential nomination told a Western Journalism interviewer at the Conservative Political Action Conference that Clinton’s weaknesses in the very areas she’s supposed to be strong in will make her vulnerable to a competent Republican challenger.
