It doesn’t get more ridiculous than this.
A video was released Tuesday on the comedy website “Funny Or Die” showing Michelle Obama competing against Big Bird and a woman named Elena in a game show hosted by comedian Billy Eichner called “Ariana Grande or Eating a Carrot?”
Obama was there to talk about the “Eat Brighter” campaign featuring Sesame Street characters on packages of fruits and vegetables in an effort to get kids to somehow believe carrots taste better than candy.
“We’ve got the Sesame Street friends like Big Bird teaming up with the produce industry to try to help make eating fruits and vegetables fun and exciting for kids and their parents,” Obama said.
At one point in the video, Eichner, whose continuous screaming seemed to scare Obama, accidentally touched her hand which caused her to sarcastically warn him “you may get shot.”
But the worst part of this hokey, nonsensical video had to be Eichner singing (if you can call it that) the Aerosmith hit “Don’t Want To Miss A Thing” while Obama danced with Big Bird.
It’s hard to understand how this video was supposed to make anyone want to eat fruit.
After watching it I’m still trying to figure out who was the most effeminate one of the four of them.
But it wasn’t Mrs. Obama.
