Former Power Ranger accused of killing roommate with a sword!

A “Power Rangers Samurai” might have taken the act way too far.

Ricardo Medina, Jr., 36, who is famous for playing the Red Lion Wild Force Ranger in the series “Power Rangers Wild Force,” was arrested for allegedly stabbing his roommate to death Saturday.

Los Angeles County sheriff’s officials said Medina got into an argument with Joshua Sutter, 36, at their apartment in Palmdale, Calif.,when Medina locked himself in his bedroom with his girlfriend.

When Sutter forced the door open, Medina allegedly picked up a sword he kept in his room and stabbed Sutter once in the abdomen.

Medina then called 911 and waited for police and paramedics to arrive.

Sutter died later at a local hospital.

Neighbors and friends told ABC 7 Los Angeles they are stunned.

“We brought him some bread and just tried to interact a little bit with him, but he was more of the, you know, the type of guy that didn’t really want to communicate,” neighbor Justin Adamson said.

“You’re just shocked by it cause you think he’s not capable of that. He seems too gentle of a person to be that way,” former Power Ranger Jason Faunt told ABC 7.

“He is a great friend and a great client. It’s something I can’t even conceive. I don’t see that in him. He was a very helpful guy and great with his dog. It’s such a shock,” Gar Lester, Medina’s former agent said.

Medina is being held on $1 million bail and is due in court Tuesday.
