Valerie Jarrett’s ironic tweet opened Obama up to ridicule

Senior adviser to President Obama, Valerie Jarrett, had interesting timing on Twitter Tuesday.

After Obama’s speech in India on women’s rights she tweeted, “Every girl’s life matters.”

Strange timing to say the least, as she made the statement while the president was on his way to Saudi Arabia — a kingdom that doesn’t even allow women to drive.

The irony was not lost on the Twitterverse.

Some even mentioned the fact that millions of girls are killed every year in the United States through abortion.
