Loving son sings to soothe disoriented mother; her precious response

It began as a bucolic scene: a son playing guitar for his mother on a porch.

It quickly became clear, as the mother asked question after question, that she was unsettled and confused.

Her son sang to her and after his sweet song she asked, “Well, how do you know where we are?”

He answered, in what may have been the most reassuring words possible, “Well, we’re right here, right now. It’s pretty here.”
