Some people never lose their sense of humor.
On New Year’s Day the Michigan State Spartans defeated the Baylor Bears 42 – 41 in the Cotton Bowl but that wasn’t the only story people were talking about following the game.
Baylor kicker Chris Callahan took a brutal hit after his attempted field goal was blocked in the fourth quarter with his Bears leading 41 – 35.
Callahan took to Twitter and hilariously made light of the crushing blow tweeting “Mom said I would never get hit.”
My mom said I would never get hit…#SicEmBears

Take a look at the vicious blow.
From another angle. BOOM!.
And another.
Several people on Twitter jokingly wondered if he was still alive after that mega hit.

Happy to see the hit didn’t break his funny bone.
