Crazed woman gets arrested at police station, telling cops she’s there to ‘feed the pigs’

Twas the day after Christmas
and at the police station
a stranger was stirring,
Who needed a mental evaluation ….

A delusional woman bearing strange gifts made for an unusual post-Christmas Day scene at one Massachusetts police station.

Lindsey McNamara, 24, walked into a Framingham station Friday with a smile on her face and a Dunkin’ Donuts box in her hands when a police officer asked her if he could help her, the Boston Herald reported.

“Yeah, I’m here to feed the pigs,” she said, according to a police report quoted by the Herald.

She then grabbed raw bacon and sausage from the box and began smearing it on the dispatch window.

Police immediately arrested the woman for disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property worth less than $250.

“God told me to go feed the pigs,” the unnamed woman said, according to the police report.

Police didn’t know if the woman’s behavior had anything to do with the roiling discord between activist groups and police nationwide, the Boston Globe reported.

“There’s a lot of unrest regarding law enforcement, and I don’t know if [this] is related or not,” Lieutenant Harry Wareham told the Globe. “There’s probably a lot more productive ways to voice her displeasure with police.”

McNamara will be arraigned Feb. 9.

In the meantime, she is undergoing a mental health evaluation, a Middlesex District Attorney spokeswoman told the Globe.

What a waste of bacon.
