Just after New York Police Department Officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos were assassinated in their patrol car, a video was uploaded to LiveLeak, capturing the confusion and events as it happened.
Liu and Ramos were sitting in their vehicle shortly before 3 p.m. when a man approached the car on the passenger side, took a “shooter’s stance” and opened fire.
Astonishment is the best word to describe the sound of the individual who captured the incident. The video below was found on the PhotographyIsNotACrime LiveLeak channel.
