A bit of a family feud seems to be playing out in the media between Sen. Marco Rubio an fellow Republican Sen. Rand Paul over Cuba.
Rubio told Megyn Kelly on Thursday that Paul has “no idea what he’s talking about” when it comes to opening up trade with the Cuban government.
Paul has written an op-ed in Time and has posted a series of tweets and Facebook posts to counter the Cuban senator from Florida.
Hey @marcorubio if the embargo doesn’t hurt Cuba, why do you want to keep it?

.@marcorubio what about the majority of Cuban-Americans who now support normalizing relations between our countries? http://t.co/0qhSOeD9Va

The United States trades and engages with other communist nations, such as China and Vietnam. So @marcorubio why not Cuba? — Senator Rand Paul (@SenRandPaul) December 19, 2014
My latest Op-ed for @TIME http://t.co/OlY6kC6Qt7 #Cuba Isolationists Just Don’t Get It — Senator Rand Paul (@SenRandPaul) December 19, 2014
Senator @marcorubio is acting like an isolationist who wants to retreat to our borders and perhaps build a moat. I reject this isolationism.
