According to the videographer who posted this, the guy being arrested on suspicion of DUI crashed into a car while parking at a Home Depot.
Instead of calling the police or exchanging insurance information, the man decided to waltz right into the store and go shopping as if nothing had happened.
Multiple eyewitnesses called the police, and when the driver came out about 10 minutes later, the cops were waiting for him.
