Columnist and pundit Charles Krauthammer railed against Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass. and the liberal media on Friday.
Speaking to Fox News’ Bret Baier, Krauthammer interpreted Warren’s actions against the a $1.1 trillion government spending bill this week as her coming out party, so to speak.
“Spectacular hypocrisy, a festival of hypocrisy,” he said. “And of course the media loves it when its a liberal Democrat who leads the fight, ‘she’s a principled politician,’ whereas when it’s Ted Cruz, ‘he’s a terrorist,’ essentially.”
Hero worship from the media is beginning for Warren, the conservative analyst observed. It’s like in the early Obama years between 2004-2008, he said.
This works for her, he said, “Her star is rising.”
“And this week will be remembered as the beginning of her campaign,” Krauthammer predicted.
