Protester who sucker-punched cop gets busted after brazenly waltzing into police station

Some people don’t know how to stay out of trouble.

A man who was arrested for allegedly assaulting a cop during one of New York’s protests over the State Island grand jury’s decision in the Eric Garner case was arrested a second time Tuesday for a separate attack on a New York police sergeant — after he went to police headquarters to pick up his belongings!

The Post identified the man as 22-year-old Yotemeli Sayer.

Both attacks took place on Dec. 4, according to the Post: One in Union Square, the other at the Staten Island Ferry terminal, according to the New York Post.

He should have known One Police Plaza was off limits.
