A 100-year-old teacher has seen a lot in the classroom.
But one thing Madeline Scotto doesn’t want to see any more of is the Common Core curriculum and its strange way of teaching math.
In an interview with Business Insider, Scotto said she’s never seen teaching method quite like it.

Unfortunately none of these crack babies being born will be able to be taught much no matter how you teach them.

You do realize that Education Next is a corporate group writing articles in support of the for profit corporate takeover of all public schools in America right? It’s staff are members of the Hoover Institution’s Koret Task Force whose message is best simply stated as “Give us more taxpayer money than you give public schools and we’ll spend less on students learning and pocket more for ourselves.”
Math problem. How many middle-aged people need to die early to cover the Social Security and pension of someone who lives to 100.
if they were educated in Common Core–who knows. Any answer is ok.
