Bah humbug!
When protesters are not busy adding to the miseries of everyday Americans by blocking traffic as they try to get home after a hard day’s work, they have been targeting holiday activities like Christmas Tree lightings.
And making children cry in the process.
From the East Coast to the West Coast, in places like Seattle, New York and Boston, Â reports are surfacing of protesters doing their level best to squash any thoughts of holiday cheer.
They reportedly booed a children’s choir in Philadelphia, the “City of Brotherly Love,” as they tried to sing Christmas carols!
Not sure how protesters think this is going to advance their cause, but then, when you cause is based on a false narrative — “hands up, dont shoot” — there is little room for logic.
Social media users were quick to offer their take on the whole sordid affair. Baltimore Sun reporters Colin Campbell and Kevin Rector live tweeted the disruption in Baltimore. Other tweets were captured by Twitchy:

Monument Lighting was shortened by 1/2 hr due to protest. Protesters “cordial” but event was sped up in case it got ugly, per @DTBaltEvents.

2 high school choirs cut from event, because organizers didn’t want them to be shouted down by protesters. Fireworks @ 7:15, up from 7:45.
