When you think there’s no more crazy that can be had – New Orleans comes in and fills up the crazy bucket.
This nutty lady is walking around the French Quarter just stabbing strangers. She’s not even hiding her blade, just jamming it into people going by. And… she’s muttering to herself as she does it (because the crazy bucket’s only half full if you aren’t muttering to yourself).
