The emperor was none too pleased with the ungrateful masses “who pick our fruit and make our beds.”
While taking a victory lap Friday in Las Vegas, celebrating his overreaching executive action on immigration, President Obama became highly agitated when he was interrupted by a heckler.
Obama was speaking at Del Sol High School — a safe audience given the controversy over the president’s decision — when someone in the audience began calling out. The protester, identified by media reports as a 25-year-old DREAMer from Arizona, was upset that the executive action did not apply to his mother.
Like a well trained community organizer, Obama first displayed patience and empathy for the man’s position. But when the protester refused to relent, it was clear that the president didn’t appreciate having to share the limelight.
