A New York man is clinging to life after he was run over by a McDonald’s patron eager to get to the drive-thru in Queens.
The driver then proceeded to the window, grabbed his order and drove off, according to the New York Daily News.

Jonathan Brown, the McDonald’s night manager, told the newspaper that the victim had fallen down in the drive-thru lane before being struck. The motorist then backed off the man and drove to the window.
“The guy, I think he was drunk, was in the drive-thru leaning on a car randomly,” Brown said. “Then he fell, and I thought he was dead, so I called the cops. Thirty seconds later, a car came and just hit him. Then the car backed up and drove around him and picked up his food.”
Brown said he was “traumatized” by what he saw.
“It’s ridiculous to have to see that,” he told the Daily News. “The guy was trying to get up with the car still on top of him.”
The incident is still under investigation.
