An irritated Hasselbeck takes on Earnest: It’s a ‘slap in the face’ to legal immigrants who want their money back

Immigrants seeking to come to America legally have become the proverbial “forgotten man” in all the hoopla over President Obama’s overreaching executive action to benefit illegal immigrants.

An unfortunate reality that “Fox and Friends” host Elisabeth Hasselbeck pointed out to White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest on Friday, saying the president’s action is a “slap in the face” to those who try to do it the right way.

“What do you say to them?” Hasselbeck asked. “Because they want their money back and it’s offensive to them.”

As might be expected, Ernst ignored how the president’s actions reward those who came here illegally and repeated the talking points his boss laid out Thursday evening in a national address.
