This 26-year-old upstate New York woman was arrested and charged with drunken driving as she was leaving a Halloween party (which explains the costume). Her blood-alcohol level was 0.11, higher than the legal limit of 0.08.
Not one to give up, Catherine Butler didn’t let a little DUI end her partying fun. Three hours later she got a second one, that’s right, two in a night. For the second DUI her BAC was 0.09, still too high to drive.
These two mark the Butler’s fourth arrests for driving while intoxicated. The first two were reduced to impaired driving and she was allowed to keep her license.
We’re lucky she didn’t kill someone for real.
