Former congressman, colonel says Military should disobey Obama’s latest executive order

Former U.S. Congressman Allen West just gave the military his blessing to disobey the President’s latest executive order.

On this week’s edition of Fox News’ “Justice with Judge Jeanine” West described the order as unlawful and said that the military does not have to follow it.

“They are well within their rights to disobey and not comply with that order coming from the commander in chief,” West said.

In spite of the fact that the army is now at pre-1940 levels and our servicemen and women are receiving pink slips,  the president has decided to allow illegals into the military. Ironically swearing them to an oath to protect and defend the same Constitution they violated by sneaking into the United States.

“It goes back to something he said about two weeks ago to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Foundation,” West said. “He will use executive orders to try to see how he can provide that amnesty to 11.5 million illegal aliens that are here.”

Col. West also correctly noted that this order is in direct violation of the Constitution’s Article I, Section VIII, Clause 4 which states that only Congress shall make rules or laws regarding naturalization.

So why would the president issue an order that is in direct violation of the Constitution and laws he swore an oath to “protect and defend”? West has a theory.

“The important thing for Barack Obama is the demographic transformation,” West said, “so that those illegal aliens will soon be citizens that are going to vote for a one-party system.”
