The terrorist group known as ISIS beheaded a second American journalist and broadcast the murderer in an Internet video Tuesday.
The video was titled “A Second Message to America,” according to CNN. In it, journalist Steven Sotloff is shown saying he’s “paying the price for U.S. intervention in Muslim lands, according to CNN.
An ISIS figured, hidden behind a mask, then addresses President Obama, CNN reported: “Just as your missiles continue to strike our people, our knife will continue to strike the necks of your people.”
The authenticity of the video hasn’t been officially confirmed, but the same group of savages ignited a worldwide media frenzy when it beheaded American photojournalist James Foley on Aug. 19.
At the time, it threatened to do the same to Sotloff. On Tuesday, it apparently followed through on the threat.
No word yet on whether the White House has developed a strategy for dealing with them.
Unlike the Obama administration, however, the media reacted instantly to Tuesday’s development.
Horrifying, chilling. ISIS video shows beheading of US journalist Steven Sotloff. I interview U.S. Asst SoS @brett_mcgurk in 10 mins on CNN.

“@mVespa1: Thoughts and prayers are with Steven Sotloff and his family. Just awful.”
