Mark Levin reloads on Jon Stewart and his ‘clapping-seal audience’: ‘Read up, Ivy League Boy’

Conservative radio host and author Mark Levin told Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Tuesday he doesn’t think comedian Jon Stewart is funny or smart – and he held little back.

In case you missed it the first time around, Levin has no patience for the cowardly, “putrid” jokes about Israel that Stewart feeds to his “clapping-seal studio audience.” Earlier this month Levin laid into the Jewish funnyman on his radio show about his ignorance and insensitivity.

“You oughta hear this guy’s jokes about the Holocaust,” Levin Said. “He’s very funny!”

Last night was round two, since Stewart subtly addressed the first blistering review on his late night show Monday.

“It really doesn’t take a lot of courage to criticize Israel, to trash Israel. It’s done all the time,” Levin said.

Levin, who’s called “the great one” by Hannity for his respected status among conservatives, finished his rant on Stewart with a final thought: “Read up, Ivy League Boy,” he said. “Try and figure out what’s going on before you cut your stupid jokes.”
