A Daytona Beach father beat an 18-year-old male babysitter unconscious when he returned home to find him sexually abusing his 11-year-old son.
Raymond Frolander was a trusted family friend and neighbor, Daytona News-Journal reported.
According to police, when the father caught Frolander in the bedroom molesting his son, he knocked him out and called 911. Police responded to the call at 1:07 a.m. Friday, according to News-Journal.

“I just walked in and found a grown man molesting (my son), and I got him in a bloody puddle for you right now, officer,” he said on the call.
Dispatcher: “You said the person who assaulted, you beat him up?”
Caller: “ Oh yeah, send him an ambulance. He’s going to need one.”
Asked if there were any weapons involved in the incident, the unidentified 35-year-old man replied, “my foot and my fist.”
“I didn’t proceed to ask him any questions sir,” the father said, according to reports. “He is nice and knocked out on the floor for you. I drug him out to the living room.”
The dad won’t be charged with assault, said sympathetic Daytona Beach Police Chief Mike Chitwood, according to the report.
“Dad reacted like a dad,” Chitwood said. “He’s acting like a father, protecting his son, and he’s furious over what has occurred.”
Frolander admitted to the abuse, which had allegedly been going on for three years and is being held without bond. Charged with sexual battery, he appeared in court Friday with his face badly beaten and his eyes almost swollen shut.
“I didn’t kill him,” the victim’s father told officers. “You are damn lucky boy that I love my God.”
