Mexican Illegal accused of molesting child, deported four times, keeps returning to Texas

DeportedA Mexican national with a history for deportations has been arrested, accused of sneaking into a Texas home and molesting a child sleeping on a sofa.

Israel Andrade, 35, was arrested Saturday in Parker County, Texas, after the 9-year-old girl’s parents reported the incident to police, according to the local TV station, CBSDFW. Officials say the girl was awakened by the groping of a man speaking with a heavy Spanish accent and asking her to follow him into a bedroom.

When the startled girl screamed and fled the family room, Andrade darted in the opposite direction, exiting the home with stolen items, including cellphones, a computer and a couple of pairs of the girl’s panties.

Andrade has been charged with burglary of a habitation with intent to commit a felony and indecency with a child by sexual contact, according to CBSDFW.

Andrade had been deported from the United States four times between July 2003 and December 2010, and arrived in Texas from Mexico about a month ago, the TV station reported.

“Our border sheriffs and the Texas Department of Public Safety are doing a phenomenal job with the current laws and available resources,” Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler told CBSDFW. “Yet our federal government needs to step forward and aid us in enforcing the laws on our southern border. This type of injustice cannot be allowed to pass by for a sixth time.”
