The College Republican National Committee has found a way to appeal to young voters with a funny video ad spoofing ABC’s popular “The Bachelorette.”
The ad is called “The Candidate,” and shows what Democrats are all about in a funny way in which young people can relate – by choosing between Mark the Democrat and Rick the Republican.
Not only is the video well done, the College Republicans tout in an email that a Wall Street Journal report says young people who watched the video were “far more likely to vote for a generic Republican.”
