Ben Shapiro: ‘It’s like the mafia,’ Obama never has to give a direct order

Ben Shapiro, the editor-at-large of Breitbart News, said the Obama administration functions much like the criminal enterprise known as the mafia.

Not that Chicagoland godfather Rahm Emanuel appreciates the competition.

“Basically, President Obama never has to give a direct order, Shapiro said Monday during an appearance on Fox News’ Hannity. “All he has to do is sit atop of the chain of command and then let all of his minions do whatever it is that he wants.”

Man learns the hard way not to taunt a stingray

Shapiro was plugging his book, “The People Vs. Barack Obama: The Criminal Case Against the Obama Administration,” when he said that “there are tons of charges can be brought against the Obama administration.”

But what I’m really arguing here is that this is a criminal enterprise, it’s like the mafia,” he added.

Among the issues Shapiro highlighted were Benghazi, the violation of IRS law and witness tampering.

“This is why the RICO Act was created – is to wrap all of this kind of stuff in a bundle and then allow for prosecution,” he said. “That would mean [Attorney General] Eric Holder would have to do something.”

Which would be about as likely as Luca Brasi turning on Don Corleone.
