Bootleg Obama workout video goes viral, Twitter laughs

In what appears to have been a security breach, a video of President Obama working out in a Marriott hotel gym was released on Wednesday.

Obama was in Warsaw to meet new Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and to attend events marking the 1989 anniversary of Poland’s first free elections, according to Daily Mail.

The Polish tabloid Fakt was the first to publish the video, which has since made its way around the Internet and media outlets.

The Secret Service dismissed security concerns.

“Hotel guests were not asked to leave the gym during this off-the-record movement, nor were they asked to refrain from taking pictures,” Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan said in a statement to the Daily News. “[It’s] no different than if the President visited a restaurant off the record and other diners took pictures of him.”
