A lot of Americans use marijuana on a regular basis, and that’s not really a good thing, especially when it’s abused. Like when this first-timer is egged on by his more-experienced friends to smoke a lot of very powerful pot. When they make fun of him because he can’t handle the high, I call it abuse.
