CNN political analyst John King mocked the White House’s explanations for recently released Benghazi emails and what they revealed, asking why they were hiding them.
On Thursday’s “New Day,” King was especially critical of White House press secretary Jay Carney’s response to ABC’s Jonathan Karl a day earlier.
“I don’t know how you can say this is not about Benghazi,” King said. “And I don’t have two hands,” he added, holding his hands up, mocking Carney’s response.
“If you look at the timeline of events, I can’t understand why the White House did this,” he said.
