Fox News’ Megyn Kelly is trying to help find those responsible for posting an online video of a toddler who appears to be smoking pot, while adults laugh in the background.
Authorities have no information on the video that originally surfaced on Vine, or even when the incident may have occurred.
“This is not being done for exploitative purposes,” Kelly said. “We’re hoping someone recognizes that child and can call the authorities and direct them to the people who might be responsible for that abuse.”
April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month, Kelly pointed out, asking for anyone with information about the child in the video or any other child being abused, to call 1-900-4-A-Child.
