In a debate sparked by the recent Fort Hood tragedy, a Fox News panel agreed the problem had more to do with “seriously deranged people” than law-abiding gun owners.
Gun-free zones, like on military bases, movie theaters and schools, are “target-rich environments” and must be eliminated, Cashin In” host Eric Bolling said.
Co-host Juan William disagreed.
“I think we need America to be a gun-free zone,” he said. “I’m amused that you guys are so quick to run away from the easy availability of guns as having some responsibility for all of these tragedies.”
Williams drew laughter from the panel when he called himself “the libertarian on the show.”
