Michelle Malkin helps rally funding for movie on serial killer, abortionist Kermit Gosnell

gosnell-movieThe filmmakers behind the documentary “Frack Nation,” Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer, are drawing a lot of attention for their latest project, a hard hitting film about Dr. Kermit Gosnell.

The Philadelphia physician was convicted last year of murdering three babies born alive in his abortion clinic and is serving a life sentence in prison without parole.

Billed as a “historic crowdfunding campaign for a movie about America’s biggest serial killer, abortionist Kermit Gosnell and the media cover-up,” the filmmakers are joined by journalist Magdalena Segieda in a powerful video explaining the project.

A campaign website has been set up on Indiegogo.com, which states:

The mainstream media or Hollywood don’t think this is a story. Even though Gosnell killed more people than Gary Ridgeway, John Wayne Gacey, The Zodiac Killer and Ted Bundy combined. In a 30 year killing spree, it is thought he killed 1000s of babies. And that wasn’t a national story?

The group turned to Twitter on Sunday to draw additional attention to their fundraising effort:
