Rumbling, bumbling, stumbling Joe got tripped up while speaking Friday at the National Association of Community Health and was quick to let everyone know why. He also took advantage of the opportunity to mention President Barack Obama and himself in the same sentence, something he appears to derive great pleasure from.

Nevertheless, Biden once again managed to make his boss look competent, which may be the real reason he was chosen to be Obama’s running mate to start with!
