NBC slammed for post-race interview that pushed Bode Miller to tears

NBC is taking heat for an interview with Olympic skier Bode Miller after he took the bronze medal in the Sunday’s Super-G competition.

Reporter Christin Cooper pressed Miller about the loss of his brother, even after the skier emotionally broke into tears.

While some thought the interview should not have aired, NBC released a statement which said: “We understand how some viewers thought the line of questioning went too far, but it was our judgment that his answers were a necessary part of the story,” according to Fox News.
