Fla. governor and first lady welcome troops home from Afghanistan: Gov. Rick Scott and first lady Ann Scott welcomed Florida Army National Guard troops home from deployment at a stop in Plant City on Sunday.The troops flew into Camp Shelby, Miss., from Afghanistan and were bused to Florida. After their visit, they will be taken back to Camp Shelby to complete their final interview process, according to a statement from the governor’s office. See video, read more.
